    So I have been having this Error code for months now, preventing me from signing into the Xbox app on my Windows 10. The Xbox app seems to be the only thing affected, as I have not had any issues with the Microsoft Store, or other apps. I have tried removing
    all accounts from the app, resetting my update configurations, updating my windows, and stopping all processes relating to the app to no avail. I purchased a game and would like to play it, along with many others, but can't due to them requiring me to log
    into the Xbox app.

    Please try these options one by one and check after each option.

    1. Run Windows App Troubleshooter

    Windows Key+X > Click Settings > Click Update & security > Click Troubleshoot > Scroll down to the bottom > Click Windows Store Apps > Click Run the Troubleshooter

    2. Reset Windows Store through Command Prompt

    Click Start > type cmd in Windows Search box > Right click on Command Prompt > Run As Administrator > Type WSreset.exe and click Enter > Let the command prompt run and go away on its own > Reboot your computer

    3. Re-register All Store apps (create a restore point first)

    Right click on Windows Start > Right click on Windows Powershell (Admin) > Copy the following from below and right click in Powershell to paste > Enter > Restart your computer

    Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    4. Uninstall & Reinstall Store (create a restore point first)

    Right click on Windows Start > Right click on Windows Powershell (Admin) > Copy the following line from below and right click in Powershell to paste > Enter

    Get-AppxPackage -allusers *WindowsStore* | Remove-AppxPackage

    (Don't copy this line) Copy the following line from below and right click in Powershell to paste > Enter > Reboot your computer

    Get-AppxPackage -allusers *WindowsStore* | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

    After researching online, I came across these troubleshooting steps within our community for the issue that you're describing.
