0x8007001f Can’t download any games off game pass on Xbox one just brought ultimate

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community.

We understand that you need help with downloading a game on your Xbox One. I just want to confirm if are you trying to install a games on under Xbox Game pass library or outside from the Xbox Game Pass library?

If you want to install games in the Xbox Game pass library, you check all the games available in the library under Game Pass. To check, follow the steps: Press the Xbox guide button > My Games and Apps > scroll down to My Library > hover to Xbox Game Pass

Then if you want to install a game outside from Xbox Game Pass library, you will need to owned the game to be able to install the game.

Lastly, make sure you're sign in on the right account that has the Xbox Ultimate. To identify if your profile has an Ultimate pass, you will see a Ultimate icon beside of your Xbox Game tag.

Thanks for the reply. If you outright cancel the ultimate subscription now you lose both subscriptions. When you purchase

ultimate game pass. The gold subscription converts to Ultimate time. Here is the

conversion chart. Your best bet is to turn off auto renew, wait until the Ultimate expires then purchase gold again if that is the subscription you want only.

Buying Xbox Game Pass Ultimate automatically upgrades your existing Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass memberships to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

You can
cancel your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription at any time, and you’ll continue to have access to your Ultimate benefits until your prepaid time ends, at which point you won’t be charged again.

Note The upgrade of any prepaid time to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate can’t be reverted back to Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass, and you can’t receive a refund for
Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass. You can, however, rejoin Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass when your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription ends.

We definitely brought the xbox live gold in july for a year and now it has expired i have not ugraded to ultimate game pass nor did i sign up for the ultimate... On my Xbox account its saying its the ultimate pass which has expired which we never brought
we brought the xbox live gold 12months.?? Whats happened to the original pass we brought and what to do next?
