0x80070015 Error When Downloading (Xbox Game Pass for PC)

Every time I try to DL a game I get error 0x80070015, lost connection to hard storage.

I have to reboot then it will download but as soon as I play a game or download the error comes back.

This is not an issue with my hard drive..it's the same drive my OS runs on, only happens on Game Pass beta app (no other programs etc)

I suggest you to report this issue to the support as the app is still in beta and they need all the data to make it better.

Hi, I tried this but the troubleshooter did not help me at all and wsreset.exe also did not ... I can not download a new application without showing me this error 0x80070015...

Hello Avian,

When you want a game from the game pass for PC, you need to go through the game pass for PC or the Microsoft store to download the games. They will not download from the app or console companion. Here is the

same here, I have xbox game pass for my pc, and im trying to install games through the Xbox app but when its finished downloading, it says ''error 0x80070005, i was trying to look online for help and nothing.
