0x80070002 error code when downloading new games from XBOX PC app

Hi team,

I am trying to download games from XBOX PC app but after starting the download the speed starts with 0 B/s and then throw the error code: 0x80070002. I have tried multiple solutions but none of them worked, please help me resolve it.

I am also getting the same error code (0x80070002) when trying to download ANY game on the Xbox app.

This error could be due to some differences in the version of Xbox you have. This could be an emerging issue given by the new game. You could try updating Xbox PC App and also Microsoft Store.

1. I was trying to download Starfield, and then I downloaded it from the Windows store, and found out I got this error for all the games.

2. I am running Windows 11

3. I did try restarting
