    I was playing tetris effect today. I closed the game and came back to a 2gb update. Now when I launch the game is gives that error code and says it cannot connect.

    Tried restarting, reinstalling, repairing, syncing time. Not sure what else to try.

    Hello again, as you've already done a reinstall of the game, try doing a system reset by keeping games and Apps.

    Resetting Keeping Games:

    Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

    Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

    Select Reset console.

    Restore and maintain my games and apps.

    Sorry I meant to say game pass on PC, not xbox. However I tried repairing it and resetting it in windows and the issue persists.
