0X0000000002000000 error

Hello,

Please could someone assist. My Xbox One S started having issues with connectivity yesterday. This is the first time and I have had no issues with it prior. It was bought in April 2019. On testing the connection, it comes up with the following error:

Hardware problem; We're not sure what's wrong. To see if there's more info about this problem online, visit xbox.com/networkerror and search for "0X0000000002000000"

When open that link, it doesn't take me anywhere. I was connected to some via the community who was very helpful and we tried the following:

- Signed out my account, turned off Xbox console and unplugged all the wires connected. I waited two minutes.

- I also restarted my router at the same time. Turned the Xbox back on, signed in but same issue persisted.

- I also reset the console to factory settings twice with keeping the games and apps and I continue the get the same issue.

- I've tried to add my router via the SSID but it says my wireless network is not WPA2 but it is. I have signed into my router and it is showing that it is.

I managed to log back into my account when there was brief connectivity but each time I try to open a game from my library or an app it says there is no connection.

I have the console plugged in directly with the ethernet cable. I have tried multiple cables that are working on other devices. It appears to have some connectivity. Network status is fluctuating between "wireless" and "wired". The Nat Type fluctuating between "Getting info" and "Open".

I also tried clearing 'Alternative MAC address' but it wouldn't restart the console to make those changes.

I am at a loss at what to do next. I've tried to contact Microsoft via the contact us page during the specified hours, but when I gave my phone number to the virtual chat agent, it said it was not possible to process and to try again later.
