Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. Is the controller an Xbox 360 controller. The Xbox one controllers will not work on an Xbox 360. Also, is the controller old, brand new?

Hi, the answer is NO, at the bottom of the page you linked, there is a note (white text on black bar, check the bold text below):

J'ai essayer mais toujours le même problème. J'ai essayer de télécharger un autre jeux sans problème mais pour Warhammer et Kane et Lynch 2 toujours la même chose...

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to get your games to install and run as originally intended. I can totally understand how eager you would be to get in the action, and hopefully we can with some troubleshooting. If you haven't I recommend
first restoring your
network settings to factory defaults, then reconnect your network.

If that doesn't help, I then suggest
reinstalling latest Xbox 360 update if you haven't already.

When you get the chance, give those steps a shot and let us know if that helped.
