0150017 buying Red Dead Redemption

Hi! I changed my country from Czech Republic to Germany some two months ago. Not physically, just in the box (dashboard) and account (suggested "Migration") so that I can pay with Euros. Now I'm trying to download Red Dead Redemption (not by card but through
account) and after pressing purchase it comes up with 0150017 that respond to streaming or playing videos... Also, I used to have a hard copy of the game when it came out (sold ages ago) so there is history to it. Next thing, 2 days before trying Red Dead
Redemption (rated 18) I downloaded Max Payne (also rated 18) which works perfectly. I've tried to restart and clearing the cashe (market place casche also) and restarting again. Please don't tell me it's because the IP cause if I migrate back, I will not be
able to download it for another month + lose 30 Euros. There has to be an alternative! Please help! Thanks in advance for your time

Charged for something I didn't buy.

I was charged for buying red dead redemption but I didn't purchase it.

I know you don't want to hear it but the problem may very well lie with the IP address. Because you live in a different country (region) than your gamertag is set to you won't always be able to download every game you want to. Some content may be region
locked which means that when the console reads your actual IP address it will not allow the download.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Just a friendly reminder though that the Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode is just an add-on or DLC addition to Red Dead Redemption 2 which means that it requires the base game, you will be needing to buy the base game that is sold separately.

It's not the base game that is needed. It is Red Dead Online. When you state that the base game is needed it sounds like people need to buy Red Dead Redemption 2 but that is not the case. Red Dead Redemption 2 contains both the single player story and the online portion. Red Dead Redemption 2 is not the same as Red Dead Online. They have 2 different names. Story Mode is DLC for Red Dead Online. It is not DLC for Red Dead Redemption 2 as you have said.

I checked this for my and my brothers account and that is the result. Looks a little bit strange or? On My Account the Ultimate Edition is listed twice. I think this is not correct and on my brothers account ultimate edition is missing. Pre-Order Bonus is
correct, because i have it bought and my brother not.
