0 rewards gamer tag changed

Signed up to xbox live rewards ages ago changed my gamer tag and for some strange reason I still recieve emails from rewards under old gamer tag and says I have 0 points bought few games off store

Help with changing gamer tag

i want to change my gt to TidalSnow but someone else has already got it and I don't want to replace one of the letters with numbers so if someone could suggest how I change it up a bit to use it that'd be great.

I've tried it with a space between as Tidal Snow but someone's got that too.

We see multiple accounts being associated with your email address. Due to this, we are sending emails to your address for the first account registered to the Rewards program. If you would like to receive emails for this gamertag (neilmclaren80), we will
have to manually opt out your previous two accounts. Is this acceptable?
