0 Friends

Switched on Xbox One and it says i have zero friends even though i was msg one. I restarted the xbox but it still says i have zero friends. ?????

0 Friends can simply mean their Privacy Settings for Friends is set to Friends Only or No One. It doesn't mean they don't have Friends. Mine will show the same (0 Friends) to you.

Please check your friend list on Sign in to your Microsoft account

it sound like a temporary issue. Sometimes it might take a while before it actually loads.

 

Are you sure you're logged into the correct account?

Can you check the same account's friends on the Xbox app on Windows 10? It could be a glitch.

If you see them on the xbox app please redownload your account on the console:

Also, are you in the Xbox Insiders program for preview dashboards?

 

Checked the App and redownloaded my profile but still showing up as 0 friends though on my profile it shows both followers and friends at the number of folk a have.

 

Hi! Performing a hard reset/power cycle might help in this case: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

If not, it's likely a temporary issue with the Xbox Live servers that should be fixed soon.

2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Network.
5. Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
6. On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
   Test multiplayer connection

 

Done test twice and it says everything is OK even tested my NAT which is till Open.

 

Tried that and its still same. Cud it have something to do with latest update as it was day after my console received this it happend and i remember something similar happened on smaller scale various friends it had add friend on prolife.

Are you by chance in the insider/preview program? If you are in enrolled, it could be an update from there. These are all beta updates the insider program receives so there are potentially many bugs.

Im in the Xbox insider hub i was on the xbox 360 preview but not on the XB1 version.
