    hi the other day i loaded up my xbox and on my main account it says i do not have anyfriends on and when i went on a few hours earlier they were all their,if i go onto a different account it shows my friends its just on my main it doesnt.It still shows all my conversations tho does anyone know how to fix

    I've been having the same issue today. It shows all of my friends Offline, even though about 90 of them are Online at any given time. And I also found that if I viewed their profile, it says "Add Friend" on it, even though they are already, definitely,
    my friend lol. It's being quite buggy today. I've done 2 hard resets myself but it's still acting strange. Hopefully all of this gets itself fixed soon. I'm really hoping that the next generation of consoles doesn't have these problems, as they are quite constant

    Clear cache and do Power Cycle.

    Hard reset your xbox hold the power button until it shuts off u can also unplug the power cable from the back to make sure power stops running through the xbox completely then plug it back in and turn it on and if that doesnt work id recommend removing
    the account from the xbox and readding it
