0/8 strikes, unable to 'keep' friends from console, and xbox.com 'add' does nothing

3. Try adding friends from a different device, such as a mobile phone or computer, to see if the issue is specific to your Xbox console.

So it would reset back to 0/8 strikes until i get another strike making it 1/8 again or it would add on to previously expired warnings making it 2/8 strikes???

Hey Balord -

Have you tried adding the user as a friend using Xbox.com or a smartphone app as well as the console? Are they able to add you as a friend? Make sure that everyone has their privacy settings set to allow friends as well. If you are still unable to add the
user as a friend, there is a possibility they may have blocked you.

If all you have is 1 strike and that 1 strike expires after 6 months and you don't get a strike before then, yes you will be at 0/8 unless you get another strike.
