    The redesigned Xbox PC app needs a better achievements experience


    I’ve received the redesigned Xbox app on PC, and my main feedback is about achievements:

    • Slow loading. Achievements take noticeably longer to load than the app itself, almost like a separate module.
    • No achievements on game pages. Even for installed games, I can’t view achievements directly from the game’s page. I have to open my profile, go to achievements, and find the game there.
    • No Mythic count on profiles. There’s no visible counter showing how many Mythics I’ve earned.
    • No Mythic indicator for completed games. I’ve already earned a Mythic and seen its animation in Game Bar, but the Xbox app doesn’t show it next to the game or anywhere on my profile.
    • No separation between base-game and DLC achievements. Everything is still combined into one list. Separate sections would make tracking completion much easier.

    I hope these points get addressed as the redesign develops. Being able to see achievements directly from a game’s page and clearly see earned Mythics would make a big difference.

    Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the issue you may be experiencing with connecting to network on
    the Xbox console or Xbox App.

    In regards to your network, have you tried changing the network configuration settings?

    I suggest
    to
    create a static IP for the console or PC and
    port forwarding on the network for
    a better connection. Online games such as Forza and other online games, need the minimum requirements in order for a game or app to have a “Certified” experience. The higher your connection speed, the better your experience will be.

    I am not a fan of the redesign either. The app was developed by Google(YouTube) and they are the ones who need to hear the complaints. Unfortunately, Microsoft had nothing to do with this.

    no, you would need to load it up on xbox for it to sync, if on pc better to purchase via in game or via the battlenet app.
