Xbox Live Streaming/Voice in capture bug

Hi everyone,

I'm posting this to get the attention of the Xbox Insider team regarding a persistent issue that has been occurring for a year now when streaming to Twitch or capturing voice audio directly from the console.

When I set my Twitch streaming / capture settings to "Party Chat Audio - Always Include" my Xbox party chat will randomly crash. When this happens:

- I can no longer hear anyone in the party

- I am completely unable to rejoin the current party or join a new one

- The UI freezes up for about 20seconds and becomes unresponsive and my party function is completely unusable

Temporary Fix: To get things working again, I have to completely hard reset the console by holding the power button down for 10 seconds. If I try a standard restart, the console power light just blinks for a long time before finally shutting off.

Protentional Triggers:

- This happens while playing marvel rivals (I haven't tested it extensively on other multiplayer games but there is a chance of it happening on those games as well

- It frequently occurs while I am actively setting up a Looking For Group (LFG) post and inviting players

- There isn't one specific trigger, but it seems to happen randomly when someone joins the party, leaves the party, or when switching to game chat.

- Higher chance of it happening in larger parties of 6–8 people

- Not sure if those members actively opting to include their audio in the stream triggers it but usually only 2 people or less opt in to have their voice recorded

I regularly submit reports via the "Report a Problem" feature on the console right after it happens, but since this has been an ongoing issue for a year, I wanted to bring it to the community and Insider team here for better visibility.

Has anyone else in the Insider program experienced this while streaming or playing Marvel Rivals? Any help from the team would be greatly appreciated.
