    Why were the exclusive questions not sent to everyone?


    I am a Xbox user and Support Xbox, but my voice, opinion on exclusives doesn't matter? When infact for myself it is the MOST important thing and is what pushed me to PC. I want Xbox to play to WIN and make ALL Xbox games exclusive. Then I will happily be back on the console playing and I will get the Helix. Especially TES6 and Fallout games ALL should be exclusive. If not I will leave for good. No reason to be there. So why was I not given this survey of questions?

    Codes were exclusively sent to players who played online between 11/06/12 - 11/20/12, or who own legendary edition. Everyone else is forced to wait until 343 decides to release for everyone. Good luck finding someone who has a code willing to offer. Or

    back then there were no good ps3 exclusives, which is why everyone loved xbox back then. it wasn't until 2009-2010 that xbox stopped caring about gamers and ps3 started having a library.

    Those codes were sent out at random so not everyone would receive one. There's no way to know why one account received one and another didn't.
