Microsoft edge doesn’t exist apparently

Thanks for your reply. When I try logging into the Outlook account that I remember being associated with the Xbox account, it tells me that it doesn’t exist at all like this:



Though when I use my phone number to try and recover my username, two emails come up, including the one that I’m using now on my other account (the gmail, not the one I’m trying to recover) but also the one that I’m trying to gain access to that is associated with my Xbox account (the Outlook which is the one that apparently doesn’t exist as shown above).





My gamer tag is djchris24601 just like in the emails. I dont understand how the email would be deactivated on its own. I cannot remember when I last logged into it because I can’t get into it at all.
