    I am on skip-ahead 10.0.26100.9620

    The bug occurs on all rings and production build, and I have tried a different console - a series S - same behaviour on all

    This is still happening - there was a line about a fix for large libraries in the last build but it did not fix it for me

    I have just submitted a report with full trace - its called 'Games and app crashes when navigating to full library report 4'

    Please confirm this is being looked at, I appreciate its edge case and probably only affects a handfull of profiles

    Is there any way I will be able to transfer that content? Or could I call up support and they can change it thru their system? Because I've been living in Korea for over a year and have been able to purchase items in the past, this problem has only been

    SERIOUSLY !!!

    BongKaos go away, you're useless. None of us are able to use Xbox Live after spending money on memberships, this is completely unacceptable and has been an ongoing and widespread issue for over a month now, with still no fix in sight. Just look at the Connecting
    To Xbox Live forums, EVERYONE is having problems getting on live after the Xbox One release and fall update.

    Yes the OP is referring to the true achievement app that is available on the Xbox one. Seems it is having the same issue as the in app where videos are not playing. Issue has been ongoing for a couple months now.

    Is this something that TA would address or microsoft?
