• Unmute or unblock the person you’re trying to chat with
  
• Check that you’ve joined party chat from within the party window
  
• Check to make sure that you’re not in a Discord voice channel
  
• Check for network latency or other network issues

Assuming that you don't have the mic muted on the headset and the mic is extended out from the headset (it seems like stupid questions but plenty of people don't notice mute buttons on headsets or realise that mics are extendable), do you have access to a PC or laptop that you can test it on to make sure it is not faulty?

Another way to test is: Connect the headset to your controller using the included 3.5mm to 3.55 cable.

Hello Vladimir015! I'm Kris and I'd be happy to help you with your question.

From my own experience, the SteelSeries ARCTIS 7X is a fantastic headset and works with both consoles. I also use a different SteelSeries for streaming as well.

I returned them and got the SteelSeries Artcis 7X, no stupid buzzing or anything with mic monitoring on High. The issue is with the MS headset, whether they can fix it is another matter.
