Disc to Digital is now live for everyone! (Omega tier user with no previous access)

I remember M Nelson on his interview with reddit saying... you will have access to your games even if banned.. the ban would be off of XBL and since now, there is no check in and offline playability.. anything you download can be played... just not the
MP aspect of it (if the game has it)

BC games do not install from the disc, but are downloaded digitally from the store.

Is this a disc or previous digital download for the 360?

I haven't had the Digital Download Card in Months. I couldn't access the game, so the previous moderator suggested that I uninstall and then reinstall my user account. When I did, the game disappeared and now I can't get it back

Why? If they made the family sharing all digital, no discs at all, and required all parties to be online to access sharing features, why wouldn't they be able to do it? There is no difference now between a digital copy of the game under this plan and a digital
copy of the game under the old one. None. And any DRM necessary for it could be met by imposing an online requirement specifically for that feature.

Either they could never do what everyone was led to believe, or they are removing it as a strike back at their consumer base, or they couldn't do it yet and they might in the future.
