Is Beta ring updates rolling this week?

My console was on the Beta ring. I moved it to the omega ring, essentially rolling back several updates. After xbox was setup again, the issue still persisted. I log on today after work apx 16 hours later and normal upload speeds were back .

The beta is no longer active. The dashboard update is slowly being rolled out to everyone this week. If you didn't get it today, you will sometime this week. Until then, be patient.

Alas, I am an insider (Alpha Skip Ahead), but still have the issue.

Merely providing this information as a reference for others, so that we don't just blanket the solution as "join the xbox insider program".

There is a liklihood that a change included in a recent Beta ring update has fixed the issue, as I know there was a recently published fix in some rings for "resolving games marked as pre-ordered despite being past the release date".

With any luck, as these updates included in the beta release roll into the other rings, and also the general public release, the issue may resolve.

Failing this, the outlier theory that it has been interlinked with the "Outer Worlds" release date server-side may see this resolved in around a week's time.

Fingers crossed either way. I'll be keeping an eye on my games screen until then

You have to be in the insider preview to download the avatar beta app. It works on the original Xbox One, the Xbox One S and Xbox One X. It is not rolled out by console model but by which Insider Preview ring you are in. It has now been rolled out to all
rings.

Insider Preview has Alpha Skip Ahead, Alpha, Beta, Delta and Omega rings. Alpha Skip Ahead and Alpha are invite only from the development team. You can use any Xbox One family of console in any of the rings.

This is the beta update. It is beta testing no more and rolling out.
