    Will my Hisense 55e7kpro can get xcloud?


    My tv is Hisense 55e7kpro with chipset of mediatek pentonic 700(MT9618). But I have a confusion because according to this announcement https://news.xbox.com/en-us/2026/07/30/xbox-app-hisense-vidaa/

    Tvs from 2024 model is getting xcloud and my tv is 2023 model currently using vidaa 9.09 but it needs 9.6 to get the app. so my tvs hardware is good but it is 2023 model. will I get the app or not ?

    Xbox One S HDR

    I have a Hisense 43H7C with the same issue. The Hisense 2016 4K televisions do "process" HDR10 metadata but the Xbox one s does not recognize the capability and I'm using a high speed HDR capable HDMI cable as well. I know the HDR works because I've tested
    it with HDR video on a USB stick and the tv's built in media player. There needs to be a way to force the Xbox S to output HDR regardless, or Hisense will need a firmware update to allow the Xbox to recognize it can process HDR....

    Xbox one s loses signal as soon as switched to 4k on a Hisense 50a6100uw UHD 4k TV.

    If you say you have blue lines or blurry green and blue places, there is a high probability that the cable is defective, or the contacts on the HDMI ports are corroded or damaged.

    Can you try the console with a different cable, or can you try a different HDMI monitor?

    If you get the same lines and blurry parts on a different monitor with a different cable, it might be that the hardware on the Xbox is defective.

    If all is well on a different TV, try a different cable and see if that works. If a different cable gives you a good picture on another TV and blurry lines on the Hisense, then it's the Hisense with the defect.
