    Xbox profile cannot be clicked on normally


    Tried restarting my console and it still didn't fix the issue. I am a little frustrated since I like to change my profile picture a lot. I could still go to my profile by going to my achievements. Is anyone experiencing this issue? Is there a fix?

    It's just a normal profile picture you can choose from your profile picture assortment. Look at my profile, I have it too. It's on the top right corner of your profile picture assortment.

    Press Windows Key + G then open Xbox Social, click on your profile and then on show profile. Then click can click on your profile picture and there you can see the white bad decisions label on a red background. It's just a normal profile picture.

    When I click on my profile picture and click on xbox profile, it just takes me to beta.support.xbox.com where I cannot change anything; it is just support. Does this mean I will need to make an adult account and link it before I can even see the settings?

    when I log into the original email it shows everything as normal and functions as normal, when I click the "Xbox profile" tab it redirects me to a page that says "Something went wrong, we can't sign you in because your account has been suspended".
