Discus and support XBOX Insider App > Manage Devices > (Add?) in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; I was trying to make sure the Insider program was active with my current console (XBOX Series X).     XBOX Insider App > Manage Devices > (Add?)


    I was trying to make sure the Insider program was active with my current console (XBOX Series X). I am only seeing 'XboxOne". There is no 'STAR' to what is the current device, only the option to remove. I am opening it on Series X and have used/been a member of the Insider program (since 2018)/been playing on Series X (since 2023).

    The survey and activities points still work towards my level, but I'm not seeing Series X only One.
    Should show my console type regardless of level right? (Level 3).

    If you've come across this before? Any help would be appreciated.

    Sorry to see any issues with the Insider App. The reason why a console wouldn't show up there is if a console isn't registered, but that doesn't mean there isn't a problem with it. You will want to ask this over on our Insider forums since you are part of
    the preview program.

    I ensured that you should now have access to the Insider forums linked at the bottom of my post. I've also got

    your other thread     pointing towards this one so you know your next steps. You'll want to post in there what's up with your console, and submit feedback through the app once your console is registered again about the Media Player bug you discovered. In the
    future, posting in the Insider forums will be the best place for you to get support after submitting feedback through your console. Thanks for understanding! :)
