    Hello Xbox Team. Microsoft Rewards is officially active across Latin America, and we love accumulating points. However, the redemption catalog in countries like the Dominican Republic, Colombia, Costa Rica, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Guatemala, and many other LATAM regions is completely empty of Xbox ecosystem rewards.

    Even though some of these countries have official Xbox Stores, we cannot redeem our Microsoft Rewards points for Xbox Gift Cards or Game Pass subscriptions. Participating only in global sweepstakes feels unfair because the odds are near 0%. We love Xbox and want to support the ecosystem, but we feel left behind compared to other markets. Please consider adding digital gift cards or Game Pass codes to our Rewards catalogs so our points actually have a real value for our consoles. Thank you for listening to the LATAM community.

    I am already a member of game pass, I even have games. But I will be next month in the Dominican republic.

    dominican republic is not a xbox supported region

    prepaid creditcards must have billing details before they can be approved by online vendors and allow online transactions along with reoccuring charges

    so using dominican republic as a billing details on a US account it will fail

    to be added onto paypal the xbox account must be in the same region as the paypal account

    so a US paypal account with a US billing option can be added to a US xbox live account



    meaning a dominican republic paypal account won't work on a US account
