When is the OSU update on the support page coming?10/8/26

Basically, if it's an Original Xbox 1, then you need OSU 2 or 3...anything else and it's OSU 1

Please note that if you're in the Insiders program these files will not work.

Update 8/26:

The XCL site is up and running and all users should be able to hit it. This includes being able to successfully redeem loot from the loot page.

Some users are experiencing an issue with their codes showing as being redeemed. We've identified all users that are currently in this state and are working on a fix.

Update #2 8/26:

Users that were experiencing issues with codes showing as redeemed should try redeeming their code again. You should now see the correct code.

It looks like they might have run into some issues, as on their website they have changed its release to 'coming soon':

telltale.com/.../when-will-episode-8-be-released-

That page will be updated to say "Available Now" when the game is ready to download, as it is for Xbox 360. You may want to reach out to the developers if they have a planned release time, or follow them on social media for updates.

No you dont use OSU

That is only for regular consoles

FOR ALL insiders issues use the regedit/xboxinsiders

To fix most update fail issues first download the insiders hub on a windows 10 pc

Unenroll your console

Thwn wait a few mins then reconnect this shiuld revert you back

When you do a factory reset

Then you can reenroll after

yeh that dont work, and from what iv read so far, you need the OSU but only after the OSU has been updated so its in front of the insider update, as it ques the insider update first, iv been un-enrolled for about a couple weeks now, installed a fresh HDD and tried to use the OSU, still get the error and after searching online seems plenty are having the same issue and you need the updated OSU, a simple reset doesnt work
