Custom gamerpics are available to anyone in the alpha ring of the insider program or if you use the beta xbox app on a windows 10 pc.

If you use any other way to upload a custom pic you will risk enforcement action.

Your pic must also not violate the ToU/CoC which you should read before uploading any image.

We have been seeing a few more reports about the Xbox 360 emulator on the Xbox One not connecting to Xbox Live, but Xbox One games are connecting fine.

By any chance are you apart of the Xbox Insider program? I've noticed that these reports started coming in around the same time a preview update was sent out to a few insider rings and it could be related.

Either way I also recommend contacting Xbox customer support and report the issue through there to create a case for you.

6. Select request a call from support if available or there should be a number for you to call

To join the insider programme all you have to do is download the "Xbox insider hub" on your Xbox one, custom gamer pics are only currently available to the alpha ring within the programme, they will be released to everyone else long before you get there.

I have Fios with the older actionTec router. I have two consoles in the house. The only way I got it to work was use a second router inside a DMZ. I totally unrestricted the second router inside the DMZ. Both boxes connect to the second router and have
open NATs and all services available. Since the second router is totally open only connect xboxes and nothing else.
