    Omega Players not receiving any preview


    Since no one in the moderation team has made statements about it, I’ll make a post. Me as well as others in the Omega Ring haven’t received any of the previews even ones from September 1st. Most of us aren’t new users which I’m not even sure is a limitation anymore. We want answers on why we aren’t getting any preview updates on our consoles

    which one , i see upadte preview omega and update preview delta?

    New menu

    If you are part of the subset Alpha Skip Ahead preview that has the new Dashboard, use the Insider Hub and Manage option to change to a lower preview ring, eg Beta, Delta or Omega.

    Or opt out of any previews and unenroll the console from any previews and install the General Availability public OS.

    Be aware that changing previews or opting out will require a Factory refresh of the console. You will need the account details of any profile that uses the console.

    4K HDR Bluray needs patch for Xbox One X (greyish image and black bars on 2.40:1 films)

    I’m on the Omega Preview ring (omega is issued updates very soon before they hit general public and is easy for anyone to join). I received an update last night and it appears all HDR Black levels are fixed for Blu-Ray, Amazon HDR, etc. However that pesky
    Netflix “always-on” HDR issue still persists, but that’s a different story. So if it hasn’t already I would think this should be pushed out to public very soon!
    YES! I'm also in Omega and I'm seeing the fixes too. Glad they got this take care fo relatively quickly.
