    The real reward for accessibility feedback should be meaningful change, not XP.


    I want to raise a separate point about the way accessibility feedback is handled in the Xbox Insider program.
    When I completed an accessibility survey, I was told I would receive XP for doing it.
    I understand that XP is probably meant to encourage people to participate, but personally, I do not think accessibility feedback should need that kind of reward.
    Accessibility is serious.
    For disabled players, accessibility can determine whether we can actually play a game, use a controller, navigate a menu, read information, or use a platform properly.
    The reward for giving accessibility feedback should be seeing accessibility improve.
    If someone reports a barrier, the meaningful outcome should be that the barrier is listened to, understood, and hopefully changed.
    That is what should motivate people to take part.
    Giving XP for accessibility surveys risks making something serious feel like another activity to complete for points. For me, that can undermine what the accessibility program is supposed to represent.
    I do not want accessibility feedback treated like a game mechanic.
    I want it treated as feedback that could genuinely improve access for disabled players.

    I would not expect anything meaningful to be added to the Pakistan rewards program, but you're free to contact Microsoft Rewards support and see if that may be changing

    There needs to be a direct way to contact Xbox Ambassadors and the Xbox forums on the console.

    I absolutely agree with this so much so that when choosing help, the snap should mimic the social feed but be the actual forums not in an Edge format tho.

    In addition to this, any feedback site, suggestions and support should come to the console inbox in addition to your email.

    In the revamp of the forums and as an ambassador I do agree with a lot of what you've shared. Maybe someone official will take note as I've also created many feedback suggestion on the xboxfeedback website towards these types of features and updates. It's
    meaningful.

    A good idea would be to add contracts that reward you for x amount of captures in a 40 min time period rather than kills... Make it a point and xp reward, and watch as teams play the game the way it should.
