you sign into, even if someone else is using the one on your Home Xbox. So yes, you CAN play a digital game on two different consoles at the same time, as long as one of those consoles is the Home Xbox and the other is the one that YOU yourself are signed
into.

For disc-based content, you would indeed need one disc per console. However, anyone who has the disc in their console's drive can run that game. In this case, it is the disc that is the license to run the game.

The "Home" Xbox designation will allow any profile to play the digital games from an account on the home console at any time. Disc-based games have their license on the disc itself, so the disc must be in the drive to play - the home Xbox designation has
no effect on these games.

As you have the digital only console you would need to purchase a digital copy of the game. When you purchase the game on disc the media has to be in the reader to play the game. With disc based purchases you can only use it on one console at a time they
would not be able to play the same game at the same time; disc has to be in the reader.
