Disc-to-Digital - Post your results

I've been working out with XBox 360 for a year or two before XBox Fitness but have had good results going the other way - i.e. putting weight (muscle) on.

In November, just after launch, I was at 156.5 lbs. with BMI of 23.2.

Today I was 163.8 lbs. with BMI of 24.3.

I agree with the previous poster that eating healthier plays a big part as well. I was struggling to put muscle on without modifying protein intake and making sure to eat healthy snacks between meals.

Prior to using XBox Fitness, I had hit a bit of a ceiling so it has been good to go beyond that. I am close to my target weight now.

I have lost 35 pounds since early February which is also around the time when I started using Xbox Fitness. But I wouldn't attribute all of it to Xbox Fitness. I decided to lose weight which lead me to change multiple things. The most important thing for
me probably is eating less/healthier and using MyFitnessPal to track how I am doing. Xbox Fitness, or general exercise for that matter, just enabled things to go a little faster and not lose too much muscle.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand you purchased an Xbox One S that does not have a disc drive and disc games, and you are interested in learning if you can get the digital license for those games. In order to digitally own a game,
you must purchase it though your Microsoft account. You can reach out to the third party retailer to find out what their refund option is for disc games. The retailer's usually have an option to reach out to them on their websites. Be sure to let us know the
results!

Whatever was censored in your last post:

If it was a digital media download follow the instructions in my previous post above with the License Transfer.

If it was a digital media disc, also follow the instructions from the post above and delete and reinstall the game from disc.

If you meant something completely different, please explain again.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Is this a disc game or is it digital? If its disc, then you may want to try installing your game while your console is offline. Aside from that, I recommend checking out this troubleshooting article :
