Discus and support Disc to digital, will this also work for games that are not for sale anymore? in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; Example: Forza Horizon 3, the crew, old maddens, etc… will I be able to get a digital license for these kinds of games? submitted by...     Disc=you can uninstall the game if you dont play it anymore to save space(ok with digital it may also work but the reinstall would take a lot more time i think)

    Digital=you dont have to swap discs

    Yes, it works, as do all Xbox 360 games, on disc or digital. The digital version was removed for digital purchase in 2018. This was because the licenses for the various real life aircraft expired.

    The removal (delisting) of any game for digital purchase does not affect digital purchases before it was removed from sale (your game will still work), nor does it affect the disc versions.

    Microsoft should release an Xbox One without a Blu-Ray Drive

    All the game companies can take advantage of the BR drive to store more on game discs. Also - Someone could buy a physical disc on sale somewhere for cheaper than downloading a digital copy.

    Will Xbox One games be 100% instant download in the future or will it always be a choice to buy a disc or to download the game?

    by making games digital only sales would take a huge hit, no company would risk it. I could see them releasing digital copies earlier than disc but never going away from disc sales.

    None of the mods here work for Xbox besides the official Support Agents. Its bot a big deal to delete the game from your hard drive if you don't have the disc anymore and want to go digital. Also you could check the price from Xbox.com
