    Preorder System for Project Helix / Xbox Insiders


    Xbox Insiders have completed surveys, provided feedback, and tested games for years. Now, some of your most loyal fans are looking at a 25th anniversary preorder being scalped for $1,500-$3,000 months prior to its release.

    For Project Helix preorders, a great feature/reward for committed Insiders would be allowing those, for example, with 5+ years or more with 200+ surveys (just a thought) to be granted a 72HR window to preorder the consoles before it goes live for the public.

    This can reward those who actually take the time to provide you feedback on a weekly basis, and encourage others to sign up as well

    There is no way to be notified if this feature goes live again, but my best suggestion for keeping track with any new developments in the Insider Program would be to follow the

    Xbox Insiders subreddit     and the
    Xbox Insider-Xbox Wire news site    .

    The Xbox Insiders subreddit is a good place to start a discussion and see if any other insiders have any information regarding this project. Maybe you may find out why the project was dropped or if there are any rumors about re-launching it.

    The Xbox Wire news site I linked is a great place to see the projects or updates being worked on and insider preview updates are posted with notes when they launch for each respective ring and what is included in these preview updates.
