Games disappearing off my library and says I can't play a certain few games cause I don't...

I can't access them from any place. They disappeared, and are displayed only when I go the memory option.

On my library, I tried to select all games, Arcade games, etc, and they don't appears.

Hello, I was born in 1998 and my account even says that I am yet my account is considered a child account and I can't play certain games off of game pass.

Was the account created as a child account linked to an adult account?

If so, have the adult log in and update the setting for your account (I had this issue a few years back)

Hi I ordered vanguard back in August and it all went through, I had it pre-installed but got an email two days ago saying it has been declined and it has disappeared from my owned games, it's still in my library but it says 'to play this game you have to buy it' I am very upset about this as it's out to play tomorrow

I don't think there is J. I understand were you are coming from cause i have a 8 year old nephew and i have certain games locked down so he can't play on my machine. I hope this has helped

yes i redownloaded them, but when i go to my game library and hit play borderlands, it tells me that it can't launchthe game. I bought it from games on demand in the marketplace just a few days ago.
