Xbox privacy features does not protect you

The quote does not say, protecting your privacy is our policy. That could be, they mean digging into your privacy is our policy, for all you know. IS that clarified

Xbox does not advise you of who made the report or when it was made. Likewise they will not give details.

Part of the reasoning is to protect the privacy of anyone filing a report. Just because they do not show you proof does not mean they do not have proof.

I understand you have a query about Xbox controllers. Xbox wireless controllers are designed to operate within a specific voltage range to ensure their proper functioning. However, if you accidentally insert batteries that exceed the required voltage, it is possible that it may cause damage to the controller.

The Xbox wireless controller does have some protection features in place, including short-circuit protection, over-current protection, and over-temperature protection. However, it is unclear if it has an overvoltage protection feature.

I finally received a response from En Masse support and they stated that you must disable the password/passkey purchase protection for purchases in order to play. (Basically circumventing an important security option in order to play the game.) I don't recommend
doing this, and have replied to them that their game is going to be uninstalled on my system. This feature is for our protection and out of hundreds of games this is the only one that is requiring this protection to be disabled.

If you still want to do so (I don't recommend this, though), you can adjust this setting through the following steps:

On Xbox, in Settings, go to Privacy and Online Safety

Click Xbox Live Privacy

Go to View Details and Customize

Click on the Buy and Download button

Turn Option "Ask Before Buying" to Off

Some features in games have age restrictions and if it's not allowing you to use those features, then it's possible the account is listed as a child account based on the age used during account creation. Check your Xbox Live online privacy on your Xbox One
or Xbox.com. From the Xbox, go to Settings>Account>Privacy & online safety>Xbox Live privacy, and if allows you to change your privacy settings, then it is an adult account and there is a bug with the game. If it does not allow you to change any of your privacy
settings and asks for an adult account to sign in to makes changes then you have a child account and will need a parent account to allow these features in game.
