Any digital purchase is bound to the purchasing account so you cannot provide a key once redeemed to another user.

As far as I'm aware the disc version for PC is also a digital game. The Game is redeemed on the Windows Store with a Serial key. The discs are just another way to install the game.

cd keys is fine and if you are registered and your location set in the profile it only shows the keys that are available in your location.

and to Ricardo, the keys are bought from each platform in bulk, so they get them from Microsoft too. been using them for years.

also if a key does not work they will resolve the issue either by replacing the key or refunding.

Yes game was redeemed on the store with a serial key, I have had to reinstall over the past few months and this has come digitally from the store.

To redeem digital cards you have to be located in a supported xbox live country. Since Bulgaria is not supported for xbox live, it can't even connect to the xbox live service to attempt to redeem that prepaid card. And if that card was purchased in another
country, even if it did work by some miracle, it would not be usable if it was currency or a digital game.
