Games and Apps crashes when navigating to full library

Discus and support Games and Apps crashes when navigating to full library in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; This only happens if my main gamertag is signed in - it has over 100k of items on it so I assume its timing out while indexing my ready to install list...     Games and Apps crashes when navigating to full library


    This only happens if my main gamertag is signed in - it has over 100k of items on it so I assume its timing out while indexing my ready to install list

    • Does not happen if my main gamertag is signed out
    • I also had to unset home console for it to not crash with other gamertags
    • Tried a factory reset Series S and series X with all games wiped
    • I have a video if needed

    Hi!

    Navigate to the 'My games & apps' hub and head to the 'full library' section seen on the left side menu, once there click 'all owned games' & press the drop-down menu at the top and select 'Ready to install' and your game should be there ready to download.

    I dont see Tiny Tinas Wonderlands as a series s or x game.

    Unfortunately even if i install the game it still doesn't show up in my full library game list. I would have to navigate again to the store, search the game to find and install it.

    When you looked in your Games and Apps did you check under your Full Library and then Ready to Install?

    You want to uninstall the game. Then go to you Game Library (My Games & Apps), go to Full Library, filter for the X|S version, and make sure you download that one. Also it should be about 130GB, not the 80GB version. Apparently Activision didn't spring for
    Smart Delivery for this title. Downloading the One version will result it hard crashes for your console.

    When encountering crashes on a Windows 10 device we recommend going through the

    Windows 10 crash guide     and following every step listed.

    Be sure to double check that all your Laptops drivers are up to date and not on a beta version.

    Then reset the game and your Xbox app with the following steps:

    1. Open the settings app.
    2. Navigate to System/apps.
    3. In the system sub-menu, navigate to Apps and Features
    4. Search for the app in question.
    5. After selecting the app, select advanced options.
    6. Tap reset.
    7. You may now re-open the app once more
