    No it didn't do anything to help unfortunately. I've been searching a lot and there's only one case I've found of someone with this issue getting fixed and it seems that it just worked one day for them after they were able to update insider hub. Unfortunately
    for me insider hub seems to be having the same problem of being stuck at 0 of 0.

    There is something wrong with the Microsoft store on this laptop. I cant even download anything from there.

    I just tried downloading the insider hub & whatsapp and they are both just stuck on "Downloading" like it happens in the xbox app. They have been stuck ike that for 2 hours now

    I have done a wsreset but no luck

    Have you downloaded the Xbox insider hub app? I believe that update is still in beta. So to download it, you will need to go to the xbox store and down load the Xbox Insider Hub.

    I have noticed that on mine also. It must be a new build in Xbox update. I will report this through an insider hub as I am an Xbox insider. You can do the same. Download an insider hub on your xbox and report this. It will be noticed immediately.
