    Please help. Just bought my first Xbox and I’m having trouble


    Hey guys and girls. I need some help, I have just bought a Xbox series X and I purchased modern warfare 2019 on it from the online store. The game downloads, I download the packs. And when I try to play or even get into the game it pop up with “purchase”. When I press purchase it prompts me to press A to I assume purchase the game but when I do nothing comes up at all it just stays on the same screen. I have resynced the licenses, done a system restart and absolutely nothing works. When I view the game in the store it says I own the game.

    As I said this is my first Xbox so any advice would be hugely appreciated. This is my first time using reddit so hope this is the right place.

    I bought the skyrim anniversary upgrade for the Xbox series x, but it won't register in game. How do I fix this?

    I’m having this exact same issue with the anniversary upgrade and my add ins for new Vegas.. I just bought this series x and I’m the only one using it.. every time I download content I get charged, it shows it’s on my hat drive, but it’s not in game.. it’s just not there.. please help!!     I’ve tried everything the first troubleshooter suggests.

    The second one doesn’t apply, because I’m not having trouble with updates. And I’m not trying to download the game, I’m trying to install it from a disc.

    I guess I’m just gonna have to try buying a new copy and see if that works.

    If the achievement appears under “Locked Achievements,” either the achievement was not successfully unlocked, or the console hasn’t synchronized with the Xbox network. Allow up to 72 hours for this synchronization to take place.
