    Possible issue with controller since the update?


    When I’m turning my console on my controller is going down to the bottom of the screen and not being able to move anywhere. Just like someone is holding the down pad on the controller. I’ve used three separate controllers, Xbox-issued ones and others and have been having this same issue with all of them. Anyone else having this issue? Xbox is unusable right now! I’ve done a hard reset, I’ve unplugged everything. Nothing is working.

    Yes I have been having this problem.I posted in another thread about it as well.The problem never happened prior to this update,it's very frustrating to play.I can play wired but that's no solution for the real problem.

    Since your Recon70 headset is working with a different controller, have you tried using a different headset with the controller that is experiencing the sound issue? If the problem persists, it could possibly be an issue with the controller itself.

    i have the same issue. Update didn't fix anything. Sent my console for repairs the same day before i threw it out the door. probably have to wait months to get it back. So frustrating.
