    Age verification not working for communication.


    I’ve verified age on Xbox, but I’m unable to change the setting to allow voice chat in games in the communication tab, I change it to everyone then go back and it’s automatically reset to friends. Any fix?

    Changing your date of birth using a credit card on account.microsoft.com does not change it on your Xbox account.

    It's not possible to change the age of an account once it has been created.

    Hello, ChaosDemonLaz3r

    I believe this link down below may resolve this issue. Child accounts are restricted from specific actions on the accounts due to age settings, even if the age is changed from a young age to a more grown up age. The system still has a register for the Original
    age it was made with. If the age is an adult, but is not registering it please use the link below to verify the age settings.
