    Unable to fully shut down / restart my xbox from the UI


    When I go to settings > power > turn off or restart, I press A on the option but nothing happens.

    I go to Power on the guide, restart console, the "what do you want to do?" window closes and the console doesnt restart.

    The Turn Off Console option when holding down the xbox button does work, but I want to do a full restart / full shut down and the only way seems to be physically holding the button.

    OS Version: 10.0.26100.9405 (xb\_flt\_2608ge.260719-2200)

    No updates available. Controller works fine in all other aspects. Am I preview delta

    If you're on an Xbox try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down.

    If you're on a PC fully shut down the PC then restart

    Sorry to hear it. With the proper account signed in to the Xbox app please try shutting your pc fully down then restart it to see if that helps.
