    Erm, smileskybird, you're in NZ right? Well, I'm across the pond (Australia) and I've just checked my console update status and... NOTHING HAS CHANGED! Since when did the new update come out "this week" for Australasia, or are you part of the Insiders program?
    Either way, I cannot comment on the new update because NOTHING HAS CHANGED (at least in this neck of the woods). šŸ˜†

    They have just found the reason causing this bug yesterday. They are now testing a new build internally. They announced that we should get the new build soon, this week.

    Please post Insider related issues in the Insider forums. You are posting on "Inside" forums, that's a subforum dedicated for Inside, a video game.

    i have the same issue on a older model 360. i received a pop up of new update plus a kinetic update, then the

    following week i get a open tray error while the game is inside. i tried all the troubleshooting steps and still nothing the

    game just spins then stops. it doesn't help the system is out of warranty.
