Any Chance for an XBOX App on Mac?

Are you using MAC address filtering by any chance?

Sometimes the Xbox app will turn the console on. Are you using it on any devices by chance?

Here in the UK we are protected from stores/ shops who treat people this way. as Tesco sold you the console so they are the seller and the seller is responsible for replacing or repairing the goods, they should not tell you to contact anyone, you could go
to citizens advice just to confirm,

This is known to cause issues with chat.

Clearing the mac address and selecting a different port in settings in network on both Xbox'will resolve this issue.

No as mentioned apple controls their desktops apps and portable apps tightly

Only app allowed to circumvent apple gaming is steam and only because apple needs steam to increase marketshare even then it's doesn't increase their games by much due to the way apple hardware and os is

Not to mention apple uses different development system

Apple is less then 20% of the desktop market developers won't make many games for such a small market

The games would have to be remade due to the CPU and os this applies to the apps too epic is still banned on Apple devices

Mobile games that make up a bigger share plus have better earning potential due to micro transactions you can't do that on desktop apps

Other then steam apple demands everything goes thru Apple billing services and considering apple also charges 30% developers ontop of that how likely do you think developers make games when they have to pay xbox 30% plus apple 30% on a limited market as it's the market rates

Very few times those can be negotiated down for example steam

This is why developers make games directly for the os intended
