How come the Xbox 360 game art has this black bar under it in the new poster style UI for...

You can always put your motto in your Bio. I like how they've improved the Dashboard and brought back most of the missing Xbox Live Features from 360 to 1. When the November Update came out, it was a woo for me. 2 Xbox Live Features my fav, returned, no
longer have to look at that black background, and Bios/Location return. Microsoft has received a lot of feedback at how several peps don't like the Windows-8 style. In Windows 10, it will see the return of the start menu for PC's. Compare the Party mode for
X1 to Xbox 360. The 360 UI is more kid friendlier. All you get in Xbox 1 is no avatars in Party mode (360 has) and just txt and green lights next to your gamertag. Several of my friends also don't like the Windows 8 UI style on Xbox 1. On Day 1 for Xbox 1
I hated the UI layout (sorry for the bad word). But now, the Xbox 1's UI isn't as bad as what it was like Day 1, thanks to the updates and M listening to our feedback.

I agree with 1 and 2. The UI on the Xbox 1 is laggy on an Xbox console with an AMD 8 core Jaguar APU. The UI on 360 isn't as laggy and it runs on older hardware an Xbox with only a PowerPC 3 core CPU. When you click on like settings or certain menu's, it
brings up a big black background with an appropriate white picture. You then have to... wait... usually for about 3-4 seconds for it to... load. It's not as straight forward and fun as 360's UI.

There are those of us especially younger members who want to be able to add a theme or picture to the UI background like you can with 360, instead of putting up with a black boring Windows 8 heavily styled background.

Getting it. The weird zombie/cyborg thing has me as interested in the weird new art style.

The way the Dashboard UI and functionality is set up compared to the Xbox 360's current UI and functionality design (which I prefer and love). Fingers crossed they role out a new UI design this year or next year and improve the software performance. Xbox
360's UI has seen many UI version changes. I like to try and joke about Xbox 1 comparing to how well Xbox 360's UI performs the games etc and how Xbox 1 is still missing Xbox Live Features from 360. At least the system is better and has more games than what
it was like at launch where I had to hard reset it everyday, just kidding. It is sad and gets on my nerves too sometimes. Just try to turn an unpleasant situation into a positive. It's the summer school holidays for Australia and New Zealand. We were away
for 10 days and you know what I had to do when I got back? My Xbox 1 console froze when I tried to sign it, so had to hard reset/boot it. It played a joke on me... I tried loading my friends list, it gave me a black screen, another joke...

I've always really loved Bioshock's art style and the visuals of a city under the sea.
