Issue with the Xbox store (backwards tab)

Just bought and downloaded Kotor via the Backwards compatibility on Xbox 360 via the Xbox live store page, and does not play. It shows as a corrupted file on my hard drive tab? Any bump on this from Microsoft would be appreciated asap.

I'm not quite understanding myself what it is you're exactly looking for.

The Store is accessible from the main menu by pressing the right bumper three times. I think before the update, this would break up the store tabs (on top of the screen) into several media categories (Games, Apps, Movies, Music). However, with the current
update, the store is kept as one tab and all the categories are accessed by scrolling down.

If you're looking for the entire library of Xbox 360 games, it's best to just browse the store from the Xbox 360 console. The store pages on the Xbox One seem to filter out Xbox 360 games that aren't backward compatible with the Xbox One (e.g. search "Halo
3").

The issue comes directly from the backwards compatible section of the Xbox One store page.

no point in a tab now, as all the games that have been made BC are the the last as the program has now ended and no more will be coming.

Thanks for reaching out to us, I can provide you with some details about these questions. At the current moment, the game is not available on the store. This could be due to licensing issues, however I'm noticing that others are stating that it does get
re-added to the Xbox Store so it could be a server side issue.

As for the backwards compatibility that would have to be added to the list of licenses since they may not have the license to bring the game to the backwards compatibility for the Xbox family. I'll post both links to the Xbox Store page and the backwards
compatibility list so if the issue does get resolved you'll be able to see if here ASAP.
