    Hi,



    As the title says I'm having trouble with my reward points am in the alpha skip ahead and for some reason even though am completing tasks or buying games I can't reach a new level, my level is stuck on 500 out of 750 to keep my gold status for next month but my rewards figure has increased as normal has this happened to anyone else?....my rewards balance is correct but my level isn't moving it says I need to get 750 to keep gold even though my balance is up a few thousand

    Why are my Achievements not tracking and getting my reward 5 points for Microsoft rewards?

    I have been having the exact same problem since Sunday 12/03/23. I have tried everything that this Jose guy suggested. When you contact support it's always your system's fault. It's not your system's fault. It's Microsoft Rewards. Microsoft Rewards is a mess. It's a joke! They are too busy nerfing points to fix issues. I don't really care about the measley 5 points. I care about it affecting my weekly and monthly quests. Good luck getting anyone at Microsoft Rewards to care about this problem.

    Excusses and refusal by Support to issue rewards

    you would need to post on the rewards forums but do note that the rewards system is changing

    anyone with pending points are having them issue to the gamertag as the points will be phrased out when the new dashboard update gets released.
