    Keep Xbox one X or Sell console. When Xbox Game Series X consoles gets released next year?

    Personally, I'm gonna wait a while after the Series X releases to get it, and even then, I am a hoarder and will be keeping both consoles. I've still got an original Xbox hanging around my house somewhere

    I have been through the setup and troubleshooting guide with no resolution.

    I have already tried a factory reset on both the Series X console and the TV and still have the same issue

    You can reset keeping games and apps, you will go through the initial console setup and will have to reset your accounts, email, and password is required. No games or apps are deleted from the console, your progress is saved in the cloud and linked to your profile.

    If you need to reset and erase everything, you will also not lose your games and progress but will have to download the games and app again.

    I am unable to test the system on another network, but did not have any issues connecting to the internet before/after the soft factory reset.

    After the reset and going through setup I received the following error when my console tried to setup Live.

    "Try again in a while

    Sorry, looks like our service isn't working right. To check Xbox Live status, go to https://support.xbox.com"
