Please help resolve the issue of accessing the Xbox Update Preview

Firstly, if you do not have access to the private forum, please ensure that you are signing in with the account you used to register for the Xbox Preview Program.

If it is still not working, please make a new post here detailing that you are unable to access the private forum:

forums.xbox.com/.../4268.aspx.

Secondly, thank you for providing feedback - the team will be grateful!

When you do have access to the forums, there is a section for providing feedback and reporting issues with the latest updates.

And finally, please remember that the whole point of the Xbox Preview Program is to beta test future dashboard releases. There are going to be issues which, with feedback from members, will be resolved before the updates are publicly released.

I have been part of the preview for sometime and cant access the preview forum. There have been some issues with the update and would like to report them. Can you help please
