    Insider program connectivity issues


    I joined the Xbox insider program yesterday, and today when I've turned on my series X can't connect to the Xbox Network.



    I am connected to my wifi network, all the tests are coming back normal (network connection, remote play, multiplayer connection) and my network status shows all services are available.



    Yet on my homepage it prompts me to connect to the xbox network, and I can't access the store, or any online games.



    It seems too much of a coincidence that I joined Insiders yesterday, anyone else experienced this or knows what I can try?

    Edit: Ive seen others having the same problem, looks like it really is just a coincidence that I joined insiders yesterday

    Insider Program Issues!

    If you recently installed the application, it takes a full 72-hour process for your console to be accepted into the program. When this happens, you should not have the issue anymore.

    There’s a known issue that’s being tracked and a fix is in testing currently in the Insider Program relating to controllers not staying connected. I wonder if the issue involves that.

    Even more bad news. I can no longer receive notifications. I am banned from receiving notifications.

    Curse that stupid Xbox Insider Program. That caused a virus to make this issue happen. Sadly, that did not fix the Just Dance 2020 online connection issues.

    if you are in the insider preview program this could be why, if you are continuing to have connection issues try power cycling your console to see if that resolves the issue.
