    Couple of months ago I received a document on Xbox, kind’ve like a contract, had a % to something with a list of people/programmers. I was not totally sure what it was and if I selected the right option Sorry for being vague, however I can’t seem to find that said document on there and am trying to figure out what happened or what it was possibly for. Im pretty sure I know what it’s about but looking for help if anyone knows what to do, where to look and or who to contact. Thanks

    Xbox Gamepass - XboxGames files not there?

    Hi!

    It says they're being installed to XboxGames in the Xbox app but I managed to get access to the WindowsApps folder anyway and found what I needed in there. No idea why it's installing everything there though when it's even in my settings to install it to XboxGames.

    Unable to launch any games, stop install, or continue install

    Thank you for your help but I was able to solve the problem by renaming the "xboxgames" folder in my hard drive in safe mode which then made a new xboxgames folder with nothing in it besides the normal files that I was able to copy the game files from the original folder to not have to reinstall anything.

    Hello XxStickyBluntxX,

    There was an issue with April payback that caused it to be delayed. Those Credits are now pending in your account. Apologies for the delay. Regarding May purchases, from our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

    Hi,

    Maybe no help but I have been trying to fix this issue myself for last couple of days. I have been able to get working again by starting in Safe Mode and

    renaming the install folder I was using (changed it to "xboxgames backup"). I started system back up and it recreated the "xboxgames" folder and started working.

    Edit: Should have noted that once folder was changed you would need to copy old already installed games into new folder or redownload.
